Louis de Lachapelle

I am a 4th year PhD Candidate in Economics at CREST (ENSAE and Ecole Polytechnique).

I work under the supervision of Bertrand Garbinti and Clément Malgouyres.

From January to April 2026, I visited the LSE Economics Department, hosted by Prof. Xavier Jaravel.

My research focuses Public Economics, with interests in Industrial Organization and Labor Economics. It study the real effects and incidence of corporate taxation, with a specific focus on industrial policies.
