Sunshine Tech Innovation ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information about you when you use our mobile application, Loud Alarm Clock (the "App").
In short: You do not need an account to use Loud Alarm Clock, and your alarms, selected cities, holiday selections, and app settings are stored locally on your device. We do not upload or store this data on our own servers.
1. INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
We do not require you to create an account or provide personally identifiable information, such as your name or email address, to use the App. However, the App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify or distinguish your device.
• Usage Data:
We use Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with the App. This may include features accessed, session duration, and general app usage.
• Log Data:
In the event of an error, we collect diagnostic information through Firebase Crashlytics. This may include your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address, device model, operating system version, app configuration, crash logs, and other technical statistics.
• Device Identifiers:
We may collect unique device identifiers to support analytics and to deliver push notifications through Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).
• Advertising ID:
The App collects your device's advertising ID for the purpose of displaying advertisements, as described in Section 3.
• Local App Data:
Your alarms, selected cities, holiday selections, and app settings are stored locally on your device only. We do not upload or store this data on our own servers.
2. DEVICE PERMISSIONS
To provide the App's core functionality, we request the following permissions:
• Camera:
Used exclusively for the Flashlight on Alarm feature, which blinks the device's LED flash during an alarm. The App does not take photos, record video, or access the camera for any other purpose.
• Notifications:
Used to display alarm alerts, snooze reminders, upcoming alarm notifications, and missed alarm notifications.
• Exact Alarm and Full-Screen Intent:
Required so alarms trigger at the exact scheduled time and the alarm screen appears immediately, even when the device is locked.
• System Alert Window:
Allows the alarm screen to appear over other running applications.
• Vibrate:
Used to provide vibration during alarms.
• Wake Lock and Disable Keyguard:
Used to wake the device screen and allow alarms to be dismissed or snoozed without unlocking the device first.
• Receive Boot Completed:
Used to automatically restore your scheduled alarms after the device restarts.
• Ignore Battery Optimizations:
Requested optionally so that power-saving features do not prevent your alarms from ringing.
• Internet and Network State:
Used to load advertisements, retrieve public holiday information, and process in-app purchases.
Alarms, the World Clock, and the Stopwatch can work without an internet connection.
• Advertising ID:
Used by Google AdMob to serve and measure advertisements.
3. ADVERTISING
The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob.
AdMob may collect and use your device's advertising ID to:
• Serve advertisements
• Personalize advertisements
• Measure advertising performance
• Limit how often you see the same advertisement
You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time from your device settings, usually under:
Settings → Google → Ads
You may also opt out of ad personalization there.
Advertisements can be removed permanently through the optional one-time Pro purchase described in Section 4.
4. IN-APP PURCHASES
The App offers an optional one-time purchase ("Pro") that permanently removes advertisements and unlocks the Skip on Holidays feature.
All payments are processed by Google Play Billing.
We do not receive, handle, or store your payment card details or billing information.
Your purchase is verified with Google Play to confirm that it is valid.
5. HOLIDAY DATA
When you choose a country for the Skip on Holidays feature, the App sends that country code and the relevant year to Calendarific:

This information is used only to retrieve public holiday dates.
No personal information, device identifier, or account information is sent with this request.
The returned holiday list is stored locally on your device.
6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App uses the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:
• Google Play Services
• Google AdMob
• Google Play Billing
• Firebase Analytics
• Firebase Crashlytics
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)
• Calendarific (public holiday data)
We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of these third-party services for more information about how they collect and process data.
7. DATA RETENTION AND SECURITY
We do not store your personal data on our own servers.
Information collected by third-party services is retained and managed according to their respective privacy policies.
Data stored on your device, such as your alarms and settings, is removed when you uninstall the App.
We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is not directed at children and is intended for users aged 18 and over.
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.
If you believe a child has provided us with such information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
9. YOUR CHOICES
You have the following choices regarding your information and App usage:
• Advertising:
You may reset or delete your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization through your device settings.
• Remove Advertisements:
You may remove advertising entirely through the optional Pro purchase.
• App Permissions:
You may revoke any permission at any time through your device settings. Some App features may stop working as a result.
• Delete Local Data:
You may delete all locally stored App data by uninstalling the App.
10. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your information.
