I'm Lotus, a qualified, experienced, and home-based dog groomer. At Lotus Dog Grooming, it is my goal to provide your pet with a healthy and positive grooming experience in a professional, safe, and stress-free environment. All pets are cared for with love and kindness, as well as a professional and humane approach. I aim to reassure pet owners that their pets will be handled with the same love and respect as my own pets.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
When booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms & conditions:
To bring your pet in for grooming, they must be in good health and have not been infected with any contagious illnesses within the past 30 days.
Grooming performed on an elderly pet, or pet with health problems will be done at the owner's risk.
We will not accept any pet who is pregnant.
We will not accept any pet who is sedated (administered with medication to induce relaxation or sleepiness).
If your pet is too stressed or behaves aggressively during grooming, we have the right to refuse or stop the service at any time. You will be charged for the grooming that has been completed so far.
Grooming may show pre-existing health/skin problems which Lotus Dog Grooming is not liable for.
Your pet is required to have current vaccinations.
In the event of injury or health concerns, Lotus Dog Grooming will contact to owner to discuss whether veterinarian help is required.
Payment will be made as per price list/quote, and is due in full at pick up.
Owners must pick up their pets on time.
Any grooming services are only provided if pet allows (For example; Nail trim, ear hair grooming and anal gland cleaning). (Full service price applies if pet resists).
For the safety of your pet, our staff, and yourself, we kindly ask that owners do not stay with their pets during grooming. When pets try to jump or get too excited while being groomed, it becomes more difficult and increases the risk of injury.
For the safety of your pet, our staff do not feed or give treats to pets in our care unless they are provided by the owner.
If you are late (15 minutes or more) or do not show up to your appointment, we may not accept your pet for future appointments.
