This privacy policy applies to the Lotto AI Gini app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Gini Apps (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free/Ad-Supported service. This service is provided "AS IS".
1. Information Collection and Use The Application does not explicitly request or gather any personal identifiable information (such as name, email, or phone number) from its users. The Application collects certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, and information about the way you use the Application.
2. Third-Party Services (AdMob) The Application uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you for advertising purposes. We use Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may use advertising IDs (such as the Android Advertising ID or Apple IDFA) and cookies to serve personalized ads based on your interests and usage patterns. 3. Camera Usage The Application requires access to your device's camera strictly for the purpose of scanning lottery tickets. The image processing is done locally on your device. The Application does not record, save, or transmit your photos or camera feed to any external servers.
4. Local Storage Any lottery numbers you generate or save within the Application are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your saved data.
5. Links to Other Sites This Service may contain links to other sites (e.g., official Canadian lottery websites). If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by the Service Provider. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
6. Children's Privacy These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
