Charlotte Currie is a photographer with seven years of experience, working across diverse mediums with a focus on black-and-white film.
Originally from the Riverina and having lived in China, Fiji, Canberra, and Newcastle, she draws on varied cultural and environmental influences to shape her practice. Currie’s work explores and projects cultural narratives with sensitivity and depth, grounded in personal experience and place.
She acknowledges the Awabakal and Wiradjuri Nations as the Traditional Custodians of the lands that continue to inspire her work.
