YES is supported by a wide network, reuniting experts on the history of textiles, science and technology, medieval illuminated manuscripts, as well as chemists and conservation scientists.

From National Institutions, YES will collaborate with the LAQV Cultural Heritage line of research at NOVA School for Science and Technology, which enables YES to be in a paramount position to lead this research; with Instituto Superior Técnico and the Faculty of Sciences from the University of Lisbon; with the Faculty of Sciences from the University of Oporto; and with the Polytechnic Institute of Beja.

From International Institutions, YES will collaborate with the French Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique; and with the European MOLAB Laboratory. Moreover, the PI's participation in COST ACTION EuroWeb "Rewriting the History of Europe through Textiles" is a crucial source of networking.
