All products sold on this site are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped. 

Upon purchase, you will receive an email with download Iinstructions and access links. It is your responsibility to download and securely store the files. 

If you wish to promote it on your social medias, you must get in contact with us for our consent, whether it is via DM on our social medias or email. 

3. Intellectual Property

All products, content, images, and branding are the intellectual property of lostinreading24. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell any content without express written permission.

4. Payments and Security

We use secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) to process transactions. 

We do not store your payment details on our servers. 

5. How we use your information

Your data is used to email the digital products, send receipts, send our monthly newsletters (if you are subscribed) & respond to inquiries. 

We do not use your data for an other purposes. 

IMPORTANT

Character and Couple Playlists' are created personally  by me and cannot be used without my consent.
