Ingame Rules

1. Full Killing

You must lay at half health.

If you are full killed you must contact EMS to come revive you. If there's no EMS that has responded you can respawn after 5 minutes.

2. RDM/VDM

RDM and VDM which means Random Death Match and Vehicle Death Match, is not allowed as it ruin the fun in roleplay.

3. Weapons

Do not use the PPSH, shotgun, Sniper, M249 and the beanbag gun is not allowed. The sniper is allowed for V.I.P members in only long range shooting and properly used in roleplay.

4. Car Crashes

When crashing a car, you have to roleplay it properly if it's over 25 MPH. If you don't wanna roleplay it you can say 'Void' and both have to agree on it.

5. Fail Roleplay

Any unrealistic roleplay or fail roleplay is not allowed in the server, professional roleplay is always needed in the server.

6. Gun Motion

You should use gun motion whenever you're taking your gun out. You should say slings.

7. Departments

Departments that is not Police, Sheriff, Fire Department/EMS and D.O.T must be applied for in the discord.

8. Blocking Roads

Blocking roads as D.O.T or normal police is against the rules, if it's a full road close or full road block then ask for permission by the staff team currently in-game, if it's only one lane of traffic then you can do that.

9. Rushing

Cuff rush, Cite rush, Tow rush or any rushing in unrealistic ways is not allowed, this means you have to roleplay every action properly.

10. You must obey direct orders from any staff member, If your being pulled over by a vehicle with a staff livery, You are required to pull over without questioning.

11. Driving

When driving a car on a team, you must follow all the traffic laws. If you're a civilian/criminal you can reckless drive but in a realistic way.

12. Language

Los Santos is a English only server, you will get moderated if you talk any other language then English.

13. Livery

We have our Custom liveries, which means you are required to use our liveries. The default liveries is not allowed to use.

14. Respect and Behaviour

Everyone must respect eachother and talk nice to eachother.

15. Trolling

When playing on the server, you must play realistic and professional always. If violating the rules with trolling you will be kicked immeadiately.

16. Avatars

You must dress realistically for roleplay. You should wear something that you could wear in real life. Unrealistic avatars and skintones is prohibited.

17. Cop baiting

You are not allowed to cop bait which means you can not try to get pulled over by following a officer

18. Official rules

All users must follow Roblox ToS and ER:LC Community Guidelines.

Other rules

Since the title is Strict and realistic, all roleplay must be. Rules that is in the theme of realism and strict roleplay is still a rule.

Discord Rules

1. NSFW

Any NSFW content in Los Santos is not allowed, this server does not tolerate ANY NSFW, this can end up in a immediate ban.

2. Racism

Any racism or any conversations of difference on skin is strictly against the rules.

Even you think it's okay to say a disrespectful comment about a skin color is forbidden.

3. Behavior

Being disrespectful or toxic is not allowed whatever it's about, please open a ticket if something is on your mind!

4. Advertising

Advertising anything will result in punishment, you can partnership with us by opening a ticket. And writing in any chat codes or invite codes is not allowed.

5. Spam

Spamming or also called sending messages fast directly fast is not allowed. Spamming is also not allowed to a staff member if it's about your issues.

6. Channel use

You must use the channel how it is supposed to be used. Most of the time the channel rules is pinned in the pinned messages, or written in the rules or the channel title.

7. Voice channel use

Any screaming, advertising, or misusing voice channels is forbidden from the server.

Please use voice channels proper and follow this rule.

8. Impersonating

Impersonating staff or any member on the server is not allowed, this can confuse others and they might do something what they can't do.

9. Begging

Begging for roles, staff or VIP is not allowed, you must earn or get roles like all others.

10. Bot commands

Do not misuse bot commands or do unstable commands, please refrain from using bot commands in all channels but bot commands.

11. Privacy

Forcing people to screenshare or send pictures of their dms is not allowed.

If you get told to do something uncomfortable you may of course say no, or contact discord support if it's something serious like sending nude pictures etc.

12. Pinging

Do not ping any high rank for no reason at all, if it's a easy question you may ask one of our moderators or administrators. Spam pinging any member will result in punishment.

13. Decisions

If a staff member have given you warnings in-game, you are not allowed discuss it or argue with the staff member about it. However you may open a staff report if you think the punishment was unfair.

14. Raiding

Attempting to ping everyone pruposely is not allowed, sending any discriminating content etc is strictly forbidden and can get you permanently banned from the server. Raiding can also be tolerated as trolling and violating our rules.

15. Orders

When given a order by staff, you must follow it or you may be kicked for not following orders.
