Staff

The Los Angeles Roleplay staff team are the backbone of the server. These are the people who keep everything running smoothly,  dealing with rule breakers to helping out new players when they join for the first time. They’re the ones making sure the roleplay stays realistic and fair for everyone. Without staff, the server just wouldn’t function the way it does, and their hard work behind the scenes helps keep everything organized and fun.

If you’ve ever thought about applying, now’s the time. Being on the staff team isn’t just about enforcing rules—it’s about helping the community grow. You get to be a part of something bigger, helping to make the server better every day. Whether it's handling reports, setting up events, or just answering questions in the Discord, every little bit makes a difference. Plus, it’s a good feeling to know you’re helping people enjoy their time in the server.

There are also some solid benefits to being on the team. You get experience in moderation, leadership, and communication, things that can actually help you outside of Roblox too. You’ll also get access to tools and permissions regular players don’t have, which makes it easier to manage things and handle situations quickly. And of course, you earn a lot of respect from the community by stepping up and taking responsibility.

So if you're active, mature, and care about the server, applying for staff could be a great move. It’s not always easy, but it’s definitely rewarding. You’ll meet new people, learn a lot, and most importantly, you’ll help keep Los Angeles Roleplay one of the best ERLC servers out there.
