 📋 General Areas (Entire Home) 

Walls: Wipe down stains, fingerprints, and dust. Patch nail holes if required by your lease. 

Baseboards and moldings: Dust and wipe clean with a damp cloth.

Windows: Clean inside glass, wipe down blinds, window sills, and window tracks.

Doors: Clean frames, doorknobs, and light switches (which often accumulate grease).

Floors: Deep vacuum all carpets. Sweep and mop all hard floors (wood, laminate, tile).

Closets: Empty completely, dust shelves, and vacuum the floor.

Cobwebs: Remove cobwebs from high corners and ceilings.

Light fixtures: Dust light fixtures, shades, and ceiling fans. 

🍳 Kitchen (The most inspected area)

Oven and stove: Deep clean the oven interior, wire racks, burners, and the grease exhaust hood.

Refrigerator and freezer: Empty completely, defrost (if necessary), wipe down shelves, drawers, and door seals Dust the back and top.

Cabinets and drawers: Empty completely and wipe down the interior and exterior of all doors and shelves.

Countertops: Clean and sanitize all surfaces.

Sink: Clean, sanitize, and polish the sink and faucet. Clear any food debris from the garbage disposal.

Dishwasher: Clean the filter and the inside edges of the door.

🚽 Bathrooms

Toilet: Deep clean and sanitize thoroughly (base, bowl, tank, and behind the toilet).

hower and bathtub: Remove mold, limescale, and soap scum from tiles, glass doors, and tubs.

Sink and mirror: Clean the sink, polish the faucet, and leave the mirror streak-free.

Vanity and cabinets: Empty and clean drawers and cabinets inside and out.

Ventilation: Clean the exhaust fan grille, which often accumulates lint.

🚪 Outdoors and Extras (If applicable)

Balcony or patio: Sweep the floor and remove dry leaves or cobwebs.

Garage: Empty completely, sweep the floor, and clean up any oil stains.

Trash: Empty all indoor trash cans and leave the main bins ready outside.
