Sitting in Language Arts. Trying to write a paper. I take a long break to go to the bathroom. I sharpen my pencil. I can't write. It's just as hard to type because I can't find the letters on the keyboard. Even spellcheck can't figure out what I'm trying to say. I know I could tell a good story, if I had time to think about it and could draw it. Maybe.
No one seems to understand that I want to be able to do school work, but I can't. If they already think I'm not trying, then why should I try harder?
