Teaching
I am a graduate teaching assistant in the University of Glasgow's Student Learning and Development maths and stats team, where we provide one-to-one and drop-in sessions for undergraduate students, as well as creating resources and activities aimed at bridging the gap between school and university. As part of this role I was involved in the design and teaching of a course on problem-solving skills for the T2G summer school in 2025.
I also work as a tutor and marker for the University of Glasgow maths department, and in the past I have tutored GCSE, A-Level, Higher and Advanced Higher maths.
Outreach
In March 2025 I helped to run a Meet the Expert activity called 'Infinite Jigsaw Puzzles' at the Glasgow Science Centre as part of British Science Week. In March 2026 I will be taking over the organisation of this activity.
