We also accept other dental insurance plans. You can contact your dental insurance carrier to see if we accept yours. 

WE DO NOT TAKE: TennCare, Humana Medicare, or United HealthCare Medicare.

The cost of your treatment will vary depending on your individual needs. We can discuss treatment costs and concerns at your appointment.
