I am a visionary leader with an extensive educational background and experience. I am experienced on multiple levels with instructional design and technology specializing in online courses. I have a background with supervisory duties and assessment strategies. My skills within higher education, the elementary and early childhood classroom along with my educational background reveal the asset I would be.
I have proven myself an exceptional educator that supports learners in order to assist them in achieving success. After achieving this personal quality I chose to become an instructional coach and assist other teachers in mastery of these concepts, ergo ultimately positively impacting more students’ lives.
Learners and faculty need to be given clear expectations, feedback, and accountability. These facets are essentials in a classroom environment whether face-to-face or online, and are based off the theoretical frameworks in instructional design and technology. The knowledge of instructional practices that engage learners is paramount, yet the capability of leading faculty to utilize these practices is eminent and a strength of mine.
My personality and professionalism lead to growth and success. Communication is a personal strength that has been refined as I completed a PhD in Instructional Design and Technology. Communication leads to strong relationships that encourage positive community.
As exhibited by my credentials, I am a passionate person who never achieves less than my best. I believe I am an outstanding candidate because of my experience with instructional design, education, technology, and leadership. I pride myself on my problem solving abilities and divergent thinking.
