Hello, I’m Lorik.
Hi, I'm Lorik a 21-year-old aspiring gameplay programmer based in Stockholm, Sweden.
I started programming 2-3 years ago, and I still remember what made me set on being gameplay programmer. I was playing The Binding of Isaac and became completely fascinated by how a game like that was built one day hoping I could do the same.
I enjoy solving complex problems and building games that feel responsive and satisfying to play. My focus is on writing clean, functional code rather than overengineered solutions, and I'm constantly pushing myself by taking on new technical challenges.
Unity is my primary engine, but I'm equally passionate about working with C++ in Unreal Engine and dabbling in lower-level programming to deepen my understanding of engine architecture and gameplay design.
For me, good game feel and clean, readable code go hand in hand
