Lorenzo Vecchi

Hi! My name is Lorenzo (he/him). I am a Postdoc at KTH under the supervision of Petter Brändén.

In November 2023, I have obtained my Phd at the Department of Mathematics of the University of Bologna under the supervision of Luca Moci and Luca Migliorini.

I am broadly interested in the interplay between Combinatorics, Algebraic Geometry and Representation Theory. In particular, I have been recently thinking about matroids, Chow rings, Kazhdan-Lusztig-Stanley polynomials, valuative invariants in polytopes and equivariant versions of these.
