I am one of the organizers of this wonderful cultural festival, being involved in a variety of activities from brainstorming the theme and selecting the guests to the literal moving of chairs.
Here is a little something about our latest edition:
"Imagine, will you?" The twelfth edition of CombinAzioni festival is born from a question as simple as it is urgent: are we losing our ability to imagine?
In recent decades, the idea has gradually taken hold that there are no alternatives to the present, and that the primary task of contemporary societies is simply to preserve what already exists. The 2026 edition aims to be both an invitation and an open question addressed to the community: is it still possible to conceive of different worlds? Can we reclaim a collective space for desire, participation, and transformation?
Between September 10 and 20, 2026, the CombinAzioni festival returns to Montebelluna, Trevignano, Volpago del Montello, Caerano di San Marco, and Crocetta del Montello. It brings with it a program of encounters, dialogues, performances, films, concerts, and walks, featuring discussions with prominent figures from across Italy alongside diverse artistic proposals.
