Lorenzo Arras

I hold a Master’s degree in Management for Social Economy from the University of Bologna and am currently pursuing a PhD in Management and Innovation at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.

My research lies within organizational studies, with a focus on corporate governance, stakeholder engagement, employee ownership and participatory practices, labour dynamics, and hybrid organizational forms, with particular attention to models emerging within the social economy.
