LORD SMP — Server Rules
Welcome to LORD SMP! To keep the server fair, fun, and enjoyable for everyone, all players must follow these rules. Ignorance of the rules is not an excuse.
1. General Conduct
Be respectful to all players and staff.
No harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or personal attacks.
Keep chat appropriate; excessive swearing, spamming, or flooding is not allowed.
Do not impersonate staff or other players.
2. Griefing & Stealing
Griefing is strictly prohibited.
Do not destroy, modify, or steal from builds that are not yours without permission.
Pranks are allowed only if they are harmless and easily reversible.
Respect claimed areas and player bases.
3. PvP & Combat
PvP is allowed only with mutual consent unless stated otherwise by events or staff.
Spawn killing and trap killing are not allowed.
Do not abuse combat logging (logging out to avoid death).
4. Cheating & Exploits
No hacked clients, mods, or unfair advantages (X-ray, kill aura, fly hacks, etc.).
Exploiting bugs, glitches, or dupes is forbidden.
Approved client-side mods (OptiFine, shaders, minimaps without player radar) are allowed unless stated otherwise.
If you find a bug or exploit, report it to staff immediately.
5. Builds & World Rules
No lag machines, excessive redstone clocks, or farms that harm server performance.
Do not build offensive, inappropriate, or explicit structures.
Avoid building too close to another player without permission.
Keep the world clean; no random block spam or abandoned builds.
6. Economy & Trading
Scamming is not allowed.
Honor all trades and deals made with other players.
Price fixing or exploiting the economy may result in punishment.
7. Chat & Communication
No advertising other servers, Discords, or services without staff approval.
English is recommended in public chat for moderation purposes.
Do not leak personal information (yours or others’).
8. Staff Authority
Follow all instructions given by staff members.
Arguing with staff in public chat is not allowed—use tickets or DMs.
Staff decisions are final, but respectful appeals are allowed.
9. Punishments
Breaking rules may result in warnings, mutes, kicks, temporary bans, or permanent bans.
Severity of punishment depends on the rule broken and prior offenses.
Ban evasion will result in a permanent ban.
10. Common Sense Rule
If something gives you an unfair advantage or ruins the experience for others, don’t do it.
Staff reserve the right to act on situations not explicitly listed in these rules.
