Brew a deck on a budget of $200 with cards from the sets released in 1993 and 1994 with the exception of Fallen Empires. Re-prints are allowed as long as it is same art and same frame.

For pricing, we used MCM low and looked at the cheapest re-print version of a card that has the same art and frame. For example, if a player includes a copy of the Erhnam Djinn, we look at the price of an Erhnam Djinn from Chronicles in Poor condition. The current lowest price on this is 0,02 ct on MCM.
