Wen Sin is a PhD student in Mechanical Engineering at Virginia Tech. He is currently a research assistant in the Dynamic and Architected Robot and Structure (DARE) Lab, under the guidance of Assoc. Professor Suyi Li. Prior to pursuing his direct PhD, he earned his Bachelor's degree with first class honors from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in June 2025.
Wen Sin aspires to become an influential professor at one of the world’s top universities. To pursue this goal, he actively explored his research interests by working in various labs when he was an undergraduate student. These invaluable experiences helped him gain admission to a top PhD program in the United States, bringing him one step closer to his dream. He is excited to begin this new chapter and contribute meaningfully to his field.
