Lopez Innovations LLC ("PickleRadar," "we," "our," or "us") operates the PickleRadar mobile application and related services.

Location Information

PickleRadar collects, accesses, and processes precise location data from your device to provide core app functionality, including:

• Showing nearby pickleball courts

• Displaying nearby court activity and player counts

• Enabling court check-in and check-out features

• Validating user proximity to courts during check-in

• Supporting geofence-based court activity features

• Improving the accuracy of location-based services within the app

Location data may be collected while the app is in use.

If you grant background location permission, PickleRadar may also access location data while the app is not actively in use to support geofence-based features, maintain accurate court activity status, and improve court activity tracking.

Location information is used solely to provide and improve PickleRadar services. Users may manage or revoke location permissions at any time through their device settings.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide court discovery and mapping features

• Enable court check-ins and activity tracking

• Display player activity and court participation information

• Provide messaging, social, and community features

• Improve application functionality and performance

• Provide customer support

Account Deletion

Users may delete their account directly within the application:

1. Open PickleRadar

2. Navigate to Profile

3. Tap Delete Account

4. Confirm deletion

Upon account deletion, personal account information is removed from active systems within a reasonable period unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, moderation, billing, or regulatory purposes.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

PickleRadar is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we learn that information from a child under 13 has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
