- play audio files you select
- save playlists and playback settings on your device
- provide app functionality

Playlist data, A/B loop settings, playback settings, and other app data are stored locally on your device.
4. Audio Access
The App only accesses audio files that you explicitly choose.
The App does not scan, upload, or collect your personal media without your action.
