Payment data: When you buy in‑app products (for example, “Remove Ads & Gender Filter Unlock”), Google Play processes your payment. We receive limited information such as a transaction ID and product ID but not your full card or UPI details.
Communications: If you contact us by email (for support or feedback), we collect the information you send us.
LoopMeet uses Firebase and Google services (such as Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, and Google Play Billing) which may also collect data as described in their own privacy policies.
LoopMeet connects users in random video calls and, optionally, with gender‑based matching.
We do not record or store the content of your video conversations.
For safety and analytics, we may store metadata about calls (for example: call start and end time, participants’ IDs, connection status).
Users are responsible for the content they share during calls. You may block or report other users if you experience abuse or policy violations.
