These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Loop: AI Image to Video
application (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App you agree
to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. THE SERVICE
Loop lets you turn a still image plus an optional text prompt into an
AI-generated video. Generation is performed by a third-party AI provider and
is asynchronous: you submit a job and the result is returned to your device
when processing completes.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your
jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App you confirm you meet this
requirement and that you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.
3. YOUR CONTENT AND RIGHTS
a) You are responsible for the images and prompts you submit ("Your Content").
b) You represent that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to
use Your Content, including the rights of any person appearing in an image.
c) You must not upload images of other people without their consent, nor any
content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
d) You retain ownership of images you upload and, to the extent permitted by
law, the videos you generate, subject to the rights of underlying tools and
third parties.
e) You grant us and our AI provider a limited license to process Your Content
solely to operate the service (generate your video) and, with your consent,
to improve the service.
4. ACCEPTABLE USE AND CONTENT POLICY
You agree NOT to use the App to create, upload, or generate content that is:
- Sexual, explicit, or 18+ in nature;
- Depicting or sexualizing minors;
- Violent, threatening, harassing, or hateful;
- Infringing copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property;
- Impersonating others or used for deception, fraud, or deepfakes intended to
mislead or harm;
- Otherwise illegal under applicable law.
The App applies an automated prompt filter and may block prohibited prompts.
Filtering is a baseline safeguard and not a guarantee. We may remove content,
restrict features, or terminate access for violations. You can report content
from within the App.
5. CREDITS, DAILY-FREE, SUBSCRIPTIONS, AND PURCHASES
a) Generating a video consumes credits. Optional settings (such as Full HD or
longer duration) increase the credit cost shown before you generate.
b) A limited number of free generations may be provided per day and reset
periodically.
c) Credit packs and subscription plans (e.g. weekly, monthly, yearly) may be
offered as in-app purchases through Apple App Store or Google Play.
d) Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before
the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your
Apple or Google account settings.
e) Purchases are subject to the terms of the applicable app store. Except where
required by law or store policy, purchases and consumed credits are
non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google.
f) Prices and offerings may change. Credits have no cash value and cannot be
exchanged for money.
6. AI-GENERATED OUTPUT
AI output may be inaccurate, unexpected, or not as intended. Results are
provided "as is". You are responsible for how you use any generated video and
for ensuring such use complies with applicable law and the rights of others.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The App, including its design, software, trademarks, and content (excluding
Your Content), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. You
may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the App except as
permitted by law.
8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App relies on third-party services, including the AI processing provider
and the app stores. Your use of those services may be subject to their own
terms and policies.
9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND,
WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE
UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT,
INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA,
PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY
WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE
CLAIM, OR USD 50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
11. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation
of these Terms or misuse of the service. You may stop using the App at any
time by uninstalling it.
12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be
reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after
changes means you accept the revised Terms.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the developer's place of
business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless local mandatory law
provides otherwise.
