LOONA (이달의 소녀)
"XIIXl" by LOONA was one of the teasers released for the promotion of their second title track called Butterfly. This video highlighted Go Won, the 11th member of LOONA whose representative animal is the butterfly.
In "XIIX", Go Won could be seen in a very dark place that slightly brightens as the seconds of the video ticks. It represented her metamorphosis as to go with the line of "Butterfly Effect": "A single flap of a butterfly's wing could cause a storm."
It happened that she had fallen to the ground as she was as though chasing after something. She then woke up and found herself to a lighter state of the surroundings, and the moment she got back on her feet she was in a different body, taking of her coat like a chrysalis.
While walking into the distance, she drew near to abandoned airplane ruins, collects butterfly from inside, signifying her memory of the storm she might have caused.
A pensive and soft, high-pitched piano plays in the background after the strong rustles of wind. Go Won then watched the butterflies emerged from her hands up to the air.
"XIIX" is a subtle chronicle of looking back to the past and remember the cause of one's actions, while not letting these hinder one but instead be a motivation to move on. To break free was Butterfly's message, and this teaser hinted the root of the dream.
LOONA (이달의 소녀) - yyxy

The girls explored a building with Renaissance architecture and paintings, and apples were found along the way which represents their consciousness of the hesitation of leaving Eden.
