The amount of the donation is up to you! We value every donation made by you. A dollar already means a lot :)

Transparency and trust is our #1 goal. We want to show our transparency by:

• Showing receipts of album purchases, iTunes, etc.

We will provide proof and receipts of everything we're doing on our social media pages. A link to a google sheet that shows donations & what they’re spent on will also be accessible on the donation page. Every receipts from the donation that we'll get to the redistribution of it will be available on the donation page.

• By taking responsibility on everything that happens regarding the management of the account.

If something wrong happens, we will be taking full responsibility on the situation. Also; None of the team members will ever take part in every giveaway or be eligible of receiving any money from the account.

It goes without saying that trust is mutual. We will be donating the money to Orbits around the world so that they can use it to purchase album physically or on iTunes. We expect to receive receipts that the the amount received is used for the intended purpose only. In the context of total transparency, the receipts will be thereafter accessible to all. Personal information such as email addresses, PayPal accounts or social media accounts will not be disclosed without the agreement of the person concerned.

People who are unable or simply refuse to provide proof that the money is used for the intended purpose will be blacklisted. They will therefore no longer be eligible for future giveaways. A censored version of their SNS account will also be placed in a list for everyone to see, which could be found on the donation page. We sincerely hope that this list will remain empty. Please note that if you receive the money, but for personal reasons cannot use it for the intended purpose, just return it. Otherwise, you will be unjustly blacklisted.

It depends largely on the amount donated, but from the sum obtained:

50% for album sales

25% for LOONA related projects

15% for iTunes sales

10% for savings (Mainly for emergencies)

The first category is the album sales. Most of the money donated will go to LOONA's physical album sales every comeback. Since our goal is to boost the album sales, we have decided to focus mainly on it. We also will be hosting giveaways for Orbits, so watch out for a giveaway every comeback!

The second category is LOONA related projects. This is where birthday funds, advertising funds, and other LOONA related projects are included.

The third category is the iTunes sales. The money in this category will be used for purchasing LOONA albums/singles on iTunes. It'll be gifted to orbits who on their turn will solely use it to purchase the albums or songs on iTunes.

As for the 10%, it's mainly for emergency situations. We cannot foresee where the money will be used in the future, but we can take necessary measures so that whatever happens, we will be able to come in action.

The distribution of albums will be in 3 different systems.

• The first system is for the promotion period. In this period we will be distributing the albums to orbits around the world randomly. They will have to DM us proof that they have streamed (In Spotify or YouTube) and voted (Collected voting ballots). Once the giveaway event is over, we will DM them notifying that they have won. We also won't be revealing their usernames unless both parties agree with it. We have 2 methods of giving it away: They will be gifted the money so that they can purchase it afterwards or we could ask them for their address so that we can order the album and send it to them. We will also be posting proof that we did use the information Orbits gave us to order the albums only. This will ensure that orbits will be active during promotion period.

• The second system is where we will buy the albums ourselves during the pre-order period and redistribute them later through giveaways. Proofs of the amount of the album purchases will be provided including the exact amount that will be redistributed later on. This will be our last choice of distribution and we will most likely not be using this method too often.

• In the third system, which will usually happen during the pre-order period, Orbits would get the money sent to them via PayPal to be used during the first week/first day sales after the pre-order period. It will be the same system like the first one but this will be more focused on first day sales since we are aiming to get a high amount of album sales as soon and as fast as possible.

There's a time period of 2 weeks for all refunds. Once this period passes, refunding will no longer be possible. As long that you ask during the time period, rest assured the money will surely be sent back.

For iTunes, we will be sending the necessary amount of money to buy the albums and/or songs. You'll just have to ask us for it via DMs. After you receive the money, you will be required to send proof of your purchase.
