Providing this information is entirely optional. The App remains functional without contacting support.
3.2 Automatically Collected Information
The App may automatically collect limited, non-identifying technical data, such as:

Basic app interaction data (e.g., feature usage frequency)
Anonymous diagnostic and performance data
We do not collect names, phone numbers, physical addresses, precise location data, payment information, or government-issued identifiers.

Photos and user questions are transmitted directly from the user’s device to the AI service and back

We do not store, archive, cache, or log uploaded photos or related analysis results on our servers

When a user submits questions within the App:
The text is sent directly to the AI service solely to generate a response
The content of questions is not stored by us
Responses are generated in real time and returned directly to the user
We do not analyze, profile, or reuse user questions for marketing, training, or tracking
All consultation data remains under the user’s control.
All user-generated content (photos, analysis results, questions, and AI responses) is stored only on the user’s device
We do not operate user accounts, cloud storage, or remote databases for personal data
We have no technical ability to access or recover user data
When the App is deleted from the device, all locally stored data is permanently removed
