We met together for a meeting where we all came up with ideas on which features should be included in the proposed system.

During the development of data collection plan, I suggested data collection methods to be used explaining why they are the best options. My groupmates and supervisor verified the methods and added recommendations and thoughts.

Basing on the data collection plan, we created data collection tool that included questionnaires and interview guides for respective parties. I created interview questions for the Police which we submitted to the supervisor for approval.

I led team during the interview with the Officer in charge at the Wandegeya police station. After the collection process, I analysed the collected data in order to make it more presentable.

While developing a requirements document, it is necessary to remember what the project is and why it is relevant. I described the proposed project stating its objectives and goals, and how it will benefit the community and its users. I also helped design system, software interfaces for the system.

I made research and referenced previous inventions from Uganda and overseas related to solving the same problem which is improving emergency response by Police and emergency services. The referenced projects exposed limitations and weaknesses of those systems which our proposed system will solve.

I developed the dashboard which the system administrator uses to keep track of the system records, user details and provide analysis about the system performance.
