Look Out is an application that is aimed at improving crime, incident reporting and emergency response in Uganda. With the ongoing increase in crime rate and death of victims in accidents partially caused by slowed response from police and emergency services such as ambulances and fire brigade, there’s a need to innovate a system to improve the response time for such services. The response time is delayed mainly because Police and emergency services are not contacted early enough.
