Let's use leg A, B and C as an example.
Get your calculator. You will do the calculations.
Let's assume Elizabeth is currently on the Platinum (12%) level and she has 3 legs who have accumulated the following PVs.
A = 2000pvs, B = 3000pvs, C = 500 pvs
In this case - leg A and leg C are considered to be her weak legs for that particular week.
Therefore her performance bonus will be derived from leg A and C as follows:
2000 + 500 = 2500 * 12% (that is 12% of 2500), which will give us 300
Then 300 x 200 = #60,000
Your performance bonus for that particular week will be #60,000.
Why do we multiply by 200? The company decided to use a standard exchange rate which is 200.
Development Bonus is set at 10%. How do we calculate that?
What is 10% of #60,000? It is #6000.
Therefore, your Performance and Development Bonus = #66,000
Leadership Bonus is based on your sponsored Tree.
Let's say You introduced a friend by the name Linda into the business and Linda earns #200,000 per week.
My leadership bonus will be 10% of what Linda earns every Friday and 5% of her 1st generation.
Which means I will get 10% of N200,000.
So let's assume Vivian is her 1st generation with an income of #15,000. Then it means I am entitled to 5% of #15000.
Leadership Bonus is up to 45% (WEALTH CREATION), so the more you recruit into your team, the more money you will make.
This is 4.5% of what your existing team bought, and it is paid per monthly cycle.

Let's say 2000 team members each maintain their 30PVs in a month
That is 2000 × (30PVs) = 60,000 * 200 = #12,000,000
Your Maintenance bonus will be 4.5% of N12,000,000 on that particular month.
