The Lightning Thief

It’s about a boy who finds out that he is a demigod and there are monsters coming after him to kill him and eat him. He needs to get Lord Hades Helmet of Terror, which is in the land of the dead, and Zeus’ Lightning Bolt, which is at Olympus, or else Zeus will kill him. Percy meets kids at Camp Half Blood to train and be able to get the bolt and helmet back to Olympus.
I think kids should read this book because it is fun and there are adventures with action!

Are You Ready to Play Outside

First Piggie and Gerald (the elephant) were happy because it was sunny. Then it was raining and then Piggie and Gerald couldn’t play outside. Finally, at the end PIggie liked the rain.
