Hello 👋 I’m Scott Jamieson — a passionate runner, UK Athletics coach, and accredited leadership coach. I specialise in helping both new and experienced runners build values, habits, and behaviours that make training joyful and sustainable.
My ethos is simple:
1. Running should support your life, not take it over. For some that could mean achieving peak performance and personal bests; for others, it’s about participation. Either way I believe running should support flourishing in everyday life. The result? My hope is that running feels joyful, effective, and healthy — for the long run.
2. Personal bests, accolades, 'kudos on Strava' could be a result of good healthy training - but it is not the primary aim.
I blend sports science with practical strategies that help you manage pressure, make smarter decisions, and stay consistent even when life gets tough. I believe resilience is built through sustainable systems and habits, so running becomes a natural part of who you are — rewarding and joyful, never overwhelming or harmful.
