• Possible: some sort of card in spot gets traded with phone (Claim Ticket)

• Issue of devices getting left behind

• Possibility of UV Ink for classrooms

Cell Phones should not be fully visible

• Possible to have phones not visible at all, as long as there is some indicator that a cell phone is present.

Must accommodate individuals without phones

• Identification of whether spot is filled with phone or something else
