Annual Ab-flashing Contest

The Annual Ab-flashing Contest is held at JRAHS, where contestants show their abs in the most glamorous fashion possible. The spectacular performance of abs will be judged by a Panel of Judges that take in to consideration 4 categories: Presentation, Rock-hard factor, Makeup and Fan-girl Scream volume. Each category is worth 50 Points except for Fan-girl Scream volume which is worth 100. The person with the best abs wins the Golden AB Award and $500.

What if I don't have abs?

If you don't have abs, don't stress. We here at Loners4Lyfe offer free personal training from our very own Taekwondo expert and resident six-pack specialist: Jerry Li. He will torture you for hours on end by: stretching your legs, forcing you to do push-ups, punching your abdominal muscles and performing "tactical strikes". We also offer free ab contouring and have our very own makeup and costume design guru: Thomas Jiang (English Mark 18/20, famed designer of Jerry's costumes, meitu filter expert). He will make you wear an extremely flimsy dress, make you put on way too much eyeliner and eye shadow and bleach your skin white.
