We’re Nicki and Zachery Raudabaugh, a mother-and-son team with deep roots in hospitality and community. After operating a successful catering business and food truck, we saw the perfect moment to bring something new to Lehighton, so we purchased the former Lizard Creek Tavern and reimagined it as
Lone Wolfe Tavern.
Our goal? To create a warm, family-friendly space with fresh, home-cooked food and a tavern atmosphere where everyone is welcome. With a renovated interior and exterior, space for about 70 guests, and a focus on great service, we’re proud to offer more than a meal — we want to offer a place you love to be.

What makes Lone Wolfe Tavern truly stand out is our one-of-a-kind drink selection. In addition to handcrafted cocktails and cold beers, we proudly serve house-brewed Nitro Tea and Nitro Cold Brew Coffee on tap — infused with nitrogen for a smooth, bold, and refreshingly different taste. Our coffee flavorings — mocha, caramel, and vanilla — are all made fresh in-house for an extra touch of quality. To top it off, we feature imported Lambrusco wine on tap, bringing a taste of Italy straight to your glass. It’s the perfect blend of innovation and tradition, crafted to make every visit a memory.
