The Honey is produced Locally in our Apiary in Barnet, North London. London Honey is highly acclaimed as the bees will go to a variety of different gardens and allotments to collect nectar and pollen and subsequently produce honey that is rich in flavour and contains nutrients from many different types of flowers.

The honey is raw because the honey is simply extracted from the hive and bottled without any additional treatment such as being heat treated or pasteurised. This means the honey you get in the jar is almost straight out of the hive with all the goodness the bees put into it.
