Hi,
I'm currently a PhD student of Research School of Economics, The Australian National University (ANU), under the supervision of Professor Xin Meng. My PhD research focuses on the intersection between gender and labor. In addition to my PhD projects, I'm also interested in topics related to digital financial inclusion, migration, and education.
While wrapping up my dissertation, I am also working at The Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL) in Jakarta as a Research Fellow for the Inclusive Financial Innovation Initiative (IFII). During my PhD, I also served as a short-term consultant for the World Bank (the East Asia and Pacific region) and as a tutor for several courses at the College of Business and Economics of the ANU. I worked at the ANU Indonesia Project while I was pursuing a Master's degree in the International and Development Economics program, Crawford School, ANU. In my previous life, before discovering my passion in development economics, I worked at The Central Bank of Indonesia as a regional macroeconomist and studied Industrial Engineering undergraduate program at Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB).
Last but not least, I am grateful for the generous funding of the Ministry of Finance through the Indonesia Endowment Fund for the Education Agency (LPDP) for my PhD study.
