In 2023, Catherine made a guide for Jax. It has quite a lot of information; from builds to runes, and Summoner Spells. Sadly, it is a little bit outdated, since some stuff has changed since then.
Started in 2020, SealTeam35 made a small matchup sheet for Jax. It doesn't have a lot of information, and its pretty small, but it can be useful. It is now outdated, and the chances of getting it up to date are low.
Xeirzo had made a Jax matchup sheet in the past, but he did not allow me to post them here. You can try to find it online by your own if you want to see it.
It had very fancy text on top, explaining who made the file. It was black on the top, with some pictures of Jax, and when you went down the file it showed items, runes and combos for him. If you kept going a bit more you would reach the matchup sheet, wich had around 50 matchups for toplane. It also contained a partial copy of the Gwen matchup sheet, but not the entirety of it.
The file was made in 2024, and deleted in 2026.
