Hi Coaches! My name is Lola Williams. I am a member of the Class of 2024 and a member of the field hockey team at Cedar Cliff High School in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania.

I started playing field hockey in 4th grade. My parents signed me up for a Mini Sticks Camp and I immediately fell in love with the sport and haven’t stopped playing since.

My favorite positions are left forward and midfield. I was a Captain on my middle school team in 7th and 8th grades and started every game. My 9th grade year, I was the team Captain of the Junior Varsity team and started every game. I was also a swing for Varsity playing in most of those games. Fall of 2021, I was starting Varsity as Defensive Mid. It's a position that I found I excelled at. Knowing my positioning to help offense and defense has really grown my skill set and it helped push me to play my best. At the end of the season I was named to the Commonwealth Second Team All stars.

I play club field hockey all year round with Central Penn Field Hockey Club in the U16 age group. This winter I was on the U16 Purple team, this is the top level 1 indoor team. I was excited to represent my club in the Junior Premier Indoor League. I will be going into my 5th season this fall with indoor and outdoor play. This Spring 2022, I am on Central Penn Field Hockey's highest U16 team and U19 team playing in the Junior Premier Outdoor League.

Winter of 2021 with my indoor team we won our Pool at the U16 National Indoor Tournament.

I am a goal-oriented, coachable, hardworking individual who is eager to learn to become better as a person and a player. I am seeking a college that will allow me to explore my career options while allowing me the opportunity to play field hockey.

Thank you for taking the time to review my site.
