LokShort, Inc. (“we,” “our,” and/or “us”) provides a video viewing platform where you can access entertainment content and other available features. LokShort offers a mobile application (the “App”) as well as all other features, functionalities, user interfaces, and content provided on the website and in the App (collectively, the “LokShort Services”). We are the company LokShort, Inc.

This Privacy Policy applies to your use of the LokShort Services and any other interactions you may have with LokShort. This policy describes how we collect and process your personal information, including personal information that we may collect through your use of third-party social media services related to the LokShort Services, how we use and protect this information, and your rights regarding this information.

Through Third-Party Registration You may choose to log into the LokShort Services using your existing account on a third-party service (a “Third-Party Service”) that is not owned or controlled by us, such as Facebook, Inc., Google LLC, or the services they provide. How We Use the Personal Information We Collect We use the personal information we collect from you to provide the LokShort Services and for the following specific purposes:

App Store Services We may use your information to process payments or to process or complete any order transactions you make on the LokShort Services, in accordance with the terms and policies of the app store you use. These app stores include the Apple App Store (see Apple Privacy Policy) and the Google Play Store (see Google Privacy Policy).

Consent Management We use a consent management platform (CMP) to help us display user options transparently, collect, store, and retrieve user preferences, and, when necessary, transfer user preference or consent profiles to various third parties for purposes including advertising and marketing. Depending on user consent, the CMP supports our processing and disclosure of personal information and provides evidence and documentation of legal bases within the framework of data protection responsibilities.
