How to Delete Your LOKKO Account & Data

At LOKKO, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal information and account data. If you wish to close your account and permanently remove your data from our marketplace platform, you can choose either of the two methods outlined below.

What happens when you delete your account?

• Your authenticated email profile will be permanently removed from our secure database nodes.

• Every single marketplace item or product listing you uploaded under that account will be instantly and completely deleted.

• This action is permanent and cannot be undone. If you decide to use LOKKO again in the future, you will need to create a fresh account profile.

Method 1: Delete Directly Inside the LOKKO App (Instant)

If you still have the application installed on your Android device, this is the fastest way to wipe your data:

1. Open the LOKKO application on your phone.

2. Make sure you are logged into your account.

3. Tap on your Profile / Settings icon (located in the navigation menu).

4. Scroll down to the account management section and tap "Delete Account".

5. A confirmation dialogue box will appear warning you that this action is permanent.

6. Confirm the request. The application will securely delete your database record, wipe your active marketplace listings, log you out automatically, and redirect you to the welcome screen.

Method 2: Request Deletion via Web Form (If App is Uninstalled)

If you have already uninstalled the LOKKO app from your phone, you do not need to reinstall it to clear your data. You can submit a web deletion request instead:

1. Open our official, secure LOKKO Account Deletion Request Form. (Replace this text with your actual Google Form link!)

2. Provide the exact Email Address you originally used to log into the LOKKO app.

3. Select whether you want a full profile wipe or just a listing cleanup.

4. Click Submit.

Our backend system will verify the request against our active databases and manually execute a complete, permanent purge of your profile and historical marketplace listings within 7 business days.
