Once we have the above information, a contract will be prepared for your review.

 Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required to save your event date. This deposit fee is due upon your signature of the contract which will be emailed to you.  CashApp and Venmo payment methods are available for completing payments. Please contact Emily for usernames.  Once the deposit has been received, a deposit receipt will be emailed to you and your date will be secured! 

Cost

Type of event, event size, length of event/serving times, serving materials and other variables all affect the overall cost.  Any items brought by bartender/serving team will be reimbursed.  An itemized reimbursement invoice (if required) will be sent after date of event via email.  The bartending staff reserves the right to place tip jar(s) at each bar section and is not responsible for any mishaps or damages to people or venue property.  Host of event/signee contact will be held liable for any damages or unruly guest.  We do have GL liability and liquor insurance. Any services obtained that exceed the event details below are subject to be invoiced after event is complete (i.e. unexpected kegs, mixers, signature drinks, menu signs, items to prep). The contract price is for serving beverages/alcohol provided by you.  Payment is due at time of service/event.  A +5% daily late fee will be charged if payment is not received by or on date of service. Make all checks payable to Emily Harris or Loisrie Company, LLC. (We will not be accepting any other forms of payment in 2022 besides Cash or Check for the serving fee.)
