Terms of Use for Logo Quiz: Logo Wars

Welcome to Logo Quiz: Logo Wars (the "Game"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Game provided by YAVUZ AKILLI. By accessing or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
1. Account Registration To access competitive features (online 1v1 matches, rankings, custom rooms), you must sign in via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Virtual Goods and In-App Purchases
The Game allows the purchase of virtual currencies and entitlements (Coins, Tickets, VIP Pass) using real-world money via Google Play Billing managed through RevenueCat.
All virtual goods are licensed to you on a limited, personal, non-transferable basis and have no real-world monetary value.
Prices and regional conversion rates are governed by Google Play pricing layers. We reserve the right to modify virtual package content or pricing structures at any time. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by Google Play billing terms.
3. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:
Using cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software to modify or interfere with the gameplay experience.
Exploiting glitches or bugs to gain unfair ELO rankings, Coins, or Tickets.
Creating custom rooms or profiles with toxic, offensive, or inappropriate names.
Attempting to reverse engineer or decompile the Game.
4. Intellectual Property and Trademarks
Game Assets: All original artwork, game code, music, UI designs, and marketing assets belong exclusively to us.
Third-Party Logos: The Game displays corporate, sports, and entertainment logos as part of its educational quiz mechanics. All third-party logos, trademarks, and brand names are the intellectual property of their respective owners. Their inclusion in the Game does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation. They are used under fair use principles strictly for quiz and identification purposes.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability The Game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Game will be always online, error-free, or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any data loss, service disruptions, or indirect damages resulting from your use of the Game.
6. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Game’s online servers immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any part of these Terms.
