Great pair of gaming headphones

I own the previous generation, the G933’s. They are a great pair of headphones with 40mm drivers and DTS and Dolby. Not really needing to upgrade, but wanted a functioning mic again. An order was placed for the G935’s.

Now, some would say it’s not that significant of an upgrade. Truthfully it isn’t a leaps and bound jump. However, the larger drivers at 50mm and the introduction of DTS:X headphones V2.0. Made the sound stage livened up a fair bit.

I swear there were times I had to look around me wondering if it was in game audio or my surroundings. They have great highs, mids and for the most part the lows’s we’re fantastic.

Where the lows fall short is being able to keep up with music that be higher BPM’s as it struggles to keep up. A slight fluttering can be heard. It does t happen all the time, but if you listen to music with rich and deep bass that pushes most speakers. You’ll notice it here.

Battery life is great and I find it to be awesome if you turn off the RGB (12hrs). If it becomes an absolute need, you can always plug it in and still enjoy the benefits of the surround sound. Not available if you run passive audio.

In summary the value is there for both wireless capabilities, connectivity (all consoles and PC), and really great audio for the price. I would highly recommend the Logitech G935.
