By using any Logisti application, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

To verify drivers or freelancers, we may collect:
National ID or Passport

We do not collect proof of address.

The Logisti applications support journey-based location tracking for operational safety, service delivery, and compliance.
While the app is actively in use
In the background during an active journey, only after the driver or freelancer explicitly starts a trip from within the app
Display pickup and drop-off locations on the map
Track active delivery, service, or fleet journeys
Calculate routes and distances
Monitor delivery or journey progress
Detect driving behavior such as overspeeding and route deviations
Generate operational, safety, and compliance reports
Background location access is used only during an active journey
Background tracking starts only after a journey is manually initiated from the app
Background tracking automatically stops when the journey ends
Location is not tracked outside active trips
When no journey is active, location may be accessed only while the app is open and in use
During registration or service validation, only country-level location may be collected
(Applicable to both apps, with expanded scope in Fleet App)
We may collect:
Speed data
Route data
Overspeed and other driving-related violations
Violation data may be securely sent to our backend systems through APIs for:
Safety monitoring
Compliance reporting
Service quality improvement

To process freelancer payments, we may collect:
