Complete system migration and production setup to Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack performed over a period of 4 weeks at a fixed cost of $10k:
Week One
- Users provide Logisoft with a download of their data and financial reports for balancing
- Logisoft performs an Initial migration of all data to Salesforce for evaluation and data validation
- Users log on to a schedule of recommended Salesforce Trailhead training modules to get familiar with the system
Weeks Two and Three
- Users continue with their training schedule at their leisure to be completed by the end of Week 4
- Users begin evaluating the data migration
- Pledges, payments , gifts, write-offs and open balances are balanced to financial reports
- Data is checked between systems looking for any discrepancies
- Users sign-off on the data migration
Week Four
- Logisoft performs production System Administrator functions setting up users and accesses
- Users provide to Logisoft a final copy of data and a final copy of the financial reports
- Logisoft performs a final production migration to Salesforce. This will coincide with a weekend to minimize downtime to no more than 2 work days. Financials will again be balanced to reports.
- The user organization is now in production in their new Salesforce Org.
