Ledger Login refers to accessing your cryptocurrency accounts through a Ledger hardware wallet and the Ledger Live application. Unlike traditional online services, Ledger does not use a standard username-and-password login system for wallet access. Instead, security is based on your physical device, PIN code, and recovery phrase.
Official Ledger resources:
To access your crypto accounts:
Open Ledger Live.
Connect your Ledger hardware wallet.
Unlock the device using your PIN.
Open the relevant cryptocurrency app on the device.
Access your accounts and manage your assets.
Compatible devices include:
Ledger Nano X
Ledger Nano S Plus
Your private keys remain securely stored on the Ledger device and never leave it.
A PIN code prevents unauthorized access to your hardware wallet.
During setup, Ledger generates a 24-word recovery phrase that can restore access if your device is lost, damaged, or reset.
Every transaction must be confirmed directly on the Ledger device screen before it is signed.
Ledger will never ask for your 24-word recovery phrase during normal login.
Never:
Share your recovery phrase.
Enter your recovery phrase on websites.
Send your recovery phrase through email or messaging apps.
Anyone with access to your recovery phrase can control your funds.
Try another USB cable.
Use a different USB port.
Restart Ledger Live.
Ensure the device is unlocked.
If you forget your PIN, you can reset the device and restore it using your recovery phrase.
Update Ledger Live.
Update device firmware.
Restart your computer.
Disconnect other wallet applications.
