By downloading, browsing, accessing or using this mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. If you disagree with any of these Terms and Conditions of Use, you must immediately discontinue your access to the Mobile Application and your use of the services offered on the Mobile Application. Continued use of the Mobile Application will constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use, as may be amended from time to time.
• Subscribed user has unlimited access to use premium templates for creating QR codes and ads free experience.
• Unsubscribed user can only use regular templates for creating QR code.
• Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
You agree not to do—or attempt to do—any of the following:
Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any Logic Utility & Tools App system or network or breach any security or authentication measures;
Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of Logic Utility & Tools App, Logic Utility & Tools App’s computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of Logic Utility & Tools App’s providers;
Decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any of the software used to provide Logic Utility & Tools App;
Interfere with, or attempt to interfere with, the access of any user, host or network, including sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing Logic Utility & Tools App;
Access or search Logic Utility & Tools App or download any intellectual property from Logic Utility & Tools App through the use of any engine, software, tool, agent, device or mechanism (including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools or the like) other than our publicly supported interfaces;
Plant malware or use Logic Utility & Tools App to distribute malware;
Send any unsolicited communications, promotions, advertisements or spam;
Send altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information, including “spoofing” or “phishing”;
Post or transmit anything that is fraudulent or misleading, or that infringes on others’ rights;
Impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
Violate the privacy of others;
Violate any applicable law or regulation; or
Encourage or enable any other individual to do any of the above.
Although we’re not obligated to monitor access to or use of Logic Utility & Tools App or your content or to review or edit any of your content or the intellectual property of other Logic Utility & Tools App users, we have the right to do so for the purpose of operating Logic Utility & Tools App, to ensure compliance with these Terms, or to comply with applicable law or other legal requirements. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to remove or disable access to any of your content, at any time and without notice, including, but not limited to, if we, at our sole discretion, consider any of your content to be objectionable or in violation of these Terms. We have the right to investigate violations of these Terms or conduct that affects Logic Utility & Tools App. Furthermore, we may also consult and cooperate with law enforcement authorities to prosecute users who violate the law.
We respect copyright law and expect you to do the same. It’s our policy to terminate those accounts that repeatedly infringe or are believed to be repeatedly infringing the rights of copyright holders.
