For the purposes of this document, the “Application” refers to LogicSafe, which is owned and operated by Domagoj Kovacevic (the “Provider”). The service is supplied free of charge and is made available on an “as available” basis.

Information may be processed where required by applicable laws, regulations, court orders, or binding governmental requests.

Processing may also occur when necessary to protect users, systems, or the Provider’s legitimate interests.

II. Information Categories

During installation or ordinary use, the Application may generate technical and usage-related records, including network identifiers, access timestamps, session duration, frequency of use, device attributes, and diagnostic data.

Precise geographic location is not accessed.

Optional information submitted voluntarily may be used for operational communication or essential service notices.

III. Processing Objectives

Collected information supports:

— system stability

— fault detection and correction

— performance monitoring

— feature development

— device compatibility

— delivery of mandatory notifications

IV. External Services

Aggregated or anonymized information may be shared with analytics platforms, hosting providers, or technical vendors assisting in Application operations.

Only limited information is provided to partners performing restricted tasks under contractual confidentiality obligations.

V. Disclosure Requirements

Information may be disclosed when:

— legally mandated

— necessary to prevent misuse or fraud

— required to protect infrastructure or user safety

Any disclosure is limited to what is strictly required for such purposes.

VI. Retention Standards

Information is retained only for periods consistent with operational needs, security obligations, or regulatory requirements.

When no longer required, information is deleted or anonymized using reasonable measures.

VII. User Control Options

Users may discontinue further information collection at any time by uninstalling the Application through standard device settings or marketplace controls.

Removal of the Application halts new data generation from that installation.

VIII. Children and Age Restrictions

The Application is not intended for individuals under thirteen years of age, and no intentional collection of minors’ personal information is undertaken.

Some jurisdictions impose higher minimum-age consent requirements.

IX. Security Measures

Administrative oversight, technical safeguards, and controlled handling procedures are maintained to limit unauthorized access, alteration, or misuse of stored information.

Despite reasonable protections, no electronic system can guarantee complete security in every circumstance.

X. Updates and Contact

This notice may be revised periodically to reflect legal, technical, or operational developments. Continued use of the Application after revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
